Uniform Interstate Depositions and Discovery Act

The UIDDA is a law that is intended to make it easier to obtain information that is located in other states by standardizing the process of performing discovery across state lines. Arkansas adopted the Act in 2018, and Oklahoma followed suit in 2021. Aaron was an early adopter of the new procedures, and he assists lawyers from across the United States with subpoenas and depositions in the Midwest.
