Cross-Border Work

Aaron’s cross-border work occurs in one of two formats: Interstate and International.

Interstate

• Clients who reside outside the Midwest but have legal interests or issues in Oklahoma, Arkansas, or Missouri

• Clients in the Midwest who are looking to relocate to another state

• Clients with multi-state litigation, part of which takes place in the Midwest

International

• Foreign nationals who need legal representation in the Midwest, including Hague Convention child abduction cases

• U.S. Citizens working outside the United States who need representation in Oklahoma, Arkansas, or Missouri

• Clients residing in the Midwest who have assets or other interests outside the U.S.
